Welcome to SightGrid. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SightGrid platform, website, and services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Primary Web Design ("we," "us," or "our").

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Service Description

SightGrid is an AI visibility monitoring platform that scans major AI language models — including ChatGPT (OpenAI), Gemini (Google), Claude (Anthropic), and Perplexity — to track how your business appears in AI-generated responses. The Service provides:

• Automated AI model scanning using custom query prompts
• Visibility scores and trend tracking across multiple AI models
• Competitor discovery and comparison
• Actionable insights and recommendations
• An interactive Query Lab for real-time AI model comparison
• Downloadable reports and historical data

The Service is designed for business use to help organizations understand and improve their presence in AI-generated recommendations.

2. Account Responsibilities

To use SightGrid, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials — do not share your password
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• Notify us immediately at support@sightgrid.io if you suspect unauthorized access

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use the Service.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for its intended purpose and in compliance with all applicable laws. You may not:

• Abuse the platform — submit false business information, manipulate scan results, or interfere with our systems
• Scrape or harvest data — use automated tools to extract data from SightGrid for any purpose not authorized by us
• Reverse engineer — attempt to decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any part of the Service
• Resell or redistribute — share, sublicense, or commercially redistribute the Service or its data without our written permission
• Circumvent restrictions — bypass security measures, rate limits, or access controls
• Harass or harm — use the Service to harass, defame, or harm any person or business

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Subscription & Billing

Recurring Payments

SightGrid operates on a monthly subscription model. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis through our payment processor, Stripe. Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless you cancel.

Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details. By providing payment information, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.

Pricing Changes

We may change subscription pricing with 30 days' advance notice sent to your account email. Price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle following the notice period.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting support@sightgrid.io. Upon cancellation:

• Your access continues until the end of your current billing period
• No further charges will be made
• Historical data remains accessible for 30 days after cancellation

Refunds

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. However, if you experience a significant service issue, contact us and we will review your case on an individual basis.

5. Intellectual Property

Our Content

The SightGrid platform, including its design, code, branding, documentation, and proprietary algorithms, is owned by Primary Web Design and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of our platform without written permission.

Your Data

You retain ownership of all business data, information, and content you provide to SightGrid. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use your data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

Scan Results

AI scan results generated by the Service are provided for your use within your account. You may reference, share, or include scan results in your own business reports. However, the aggregated data models and scoring algorithms used to generate those results remain our intellectual property.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied
• We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of AI scan results — AI model responses may change frequently and are beyond our control
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service
• Our total liability to you for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim

You acknowledge that AI model responses are generated by third-party systems and may contain errors, inconsistencies, or biases. SightGrid reports on what AI models say — we do not control or guarantee those outputs.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SightGrid, Primary Web Design, and their officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if:

• You violate these Terms of Use
• You engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior
• Your payment method fails and is not resolved within a reasonable period
• Continued service would expose us to legal liability

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may, at our discretion, provide you with a reasonable opportunity to export your data before deletion.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Georgia, USA.

10. Dispute Resolution

Before pursuing formal legal action, you agree to attempt to resolve any dispute by contacting us at support@sightgrid.io. We will work in good faith to resolve your concern within 30 days.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will:

• Revise the "Effective date" at the top of this page
• Notify you via email for material changes
• Post the updated Terms on our website

Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
